At the award ceremony solemnly held in Hanoi on December 24, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (BAC A BANK) was honored to be in the Top 100 typical units of Vietnam Gold Star 2024.

Launched in July 2024, after selection from provinces, cities and units, 293 enterprises from 53 provinces and cities across the country were nominated to participate in the Vietnam Golden Star Award 2024.
The award is one of the major and especially important contents of the International Economic Integration Movement of young entrepreneurs and Vietnamese youth, assigned by the Prime Minister to the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association to preside over the organization since 2003.
“Vietnam Golden Star 2024” is reviewed through 2 rounds: reviewing documents and directly assessing at the unit by the Jury Council. The scoring criteria for voting for enterprises include: Total assets, total revenue, equity, profit after tax, budget payment, profit margin, equity (ROE), total number of employees and each criterion has a corresponding weight. In addition, there are indicators on the social responsibility contributions of enterprises to the national socio-economic situation.
After 30 years of construction and development, with continuous efforts, BAC A BANK has achieved outstanding achievements, becoming one of the prestigious brands in the Vietnamese banking system. As of September 2024, BAC A BANK had total assets of over 156,000 billion VND; charter capital of 8,959 billion VND; pre-tax profit of 813 billion VND, an increase of 47.54% over the same period last year.

Currently, BAC A BANK has expanded its network to 184 transaction points in 46 provinces and cities nationwide.
