At the prestigious awards ceremony held in Hanoi on December 24th, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (BAC A BANK) was honored to be among the Top 100 outstanding units of the 2024 Golden Star of Vietnam Awards.

Launched in July 2024, after a selection process from provinces, cities, and organizations, 293 businesses from 53 provinces and cities nationwide have been nominated to participate in the 2024 Golden Star of Vietnam Award.
The award is one of the major and particularly important components of the campaign for international economic integration of young Vietnamese entrepreneurs and youth, which has been organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association since 2003, under the direction of the Prime Minister.
The "Golden Star of Vietnam 2024" award is judged in two rounds: application review and on-site assessment by the Judging Panel. The scoring criteria for selecting businesses include: total assets, total revenue, equity, after-tax profit, tax contributions, return on equity (ROE), total number of employees, with each criterion having a corresponding weight. In addition, indicators of the businesses' social responsibility contributions to the national socio-economic development are also considered.
After 30 years of establishment and development, with continuous efforts, BAC A BANK has achieved outstanding accomplishments, becoming one of the reputable brands in the Vietnamese banking system. As of September 2024, BAC A BANK had total assets exceeding VND 156,000 billion; charter capital of VND 8,959 billion; and pre-tax profit of VND 813 billion, an increase of 47.54% compared to the same period last year.

Currently, BAC A BANK has expanded its network to 184 transaction points in 46 provinces and cities nationwide. BAC A BANK's financial and banking products are diverse, enhanced with many new features and regularly implemented promotional programs, fundamentally meeting the needs of various customer segments.
