'Fake' doctor came to the house to take the girl's pulse and threatened to rape her
Seeing the victim alone at home, Phuong pretended to be a doctor to take her pulse and prescribe medicine with the intention of assaulting her. However, the subject was arrested by the police shortly afterwards.

Previously, on July 15, through monitoring the situation on cyberspace, Yen Tu Ward Police discovered an article with the title "warning of impersonating a doctor from Swedish Hospital approaching children".

The article said that in Yen Tu ward, a subject appeared, pretending to be a doctor at the Vietnam-Sweden Uong Bi Hospital, trying to approach a little girl. When the victim’s parents were not at home, the subject used the excuse of “taking the girl’s pulse and prescribing medicine” to control the girl and carry out his evil intentions.
Through quick verification, on the morning of July 14, when seeing a child alone at home in Yen Tu ward, a strange man approached, seduced and raped the victim right at home. Because the victim fiercely resisted, the subject was unable to carry out his crime and left. The incident frightened the girl, severely affecting her psychologically.
After less than 5 hours, Yen Tu Ward Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department - Quang Ninh Provincial Police to identify the criminal as Pham Khac Phuong.
The police arrested the subject while he was on his way from Quang Ninh province to Hai Phong city. At the police station, the subject initially admitted to the crime.
