Medicinal remedies using ginger.
Wild ginger has a bitter, spicy taste and a warm nature. It is used to dispel wind and cold, relieve pain, treat blood stasis, stroke, dizziness, nausea, and fainting.
1.Uses of ginger
Wild ginger is also known by other names: Wind ginger, green ginger, sun ginger, wild ginger; wild ginger, ginger ginger, and liver ginger plant.
Scientific name: Zingiber zerumbet Sm, belonging to the ginger family Zingiberaceae.
Wild ginger (Zingiber zerumbet) is a herbaceous plant, 1 to 1.3 meters tall. Its leaves are closely spaced, almost sessile, oblong (2 cm), pointed at the tip, dark green on the upper side and slightly lighter on the underside, with smooth sheaths. The petals are 30-60 cm long, covered with scales, with hairy edges, and the flowers are yellow. The rhizome is tuberous, branched, pale white, with a pale yellow interior containing essential oils, a fragrant aroma, and a bitter taste.
This plant used to grow wild and was distributed throughout Vietnam. Nowadays, in addition to growing wild, it is also cultivated by people for medicinal purposes and yields very high productivity. In Quang Binh province, according to statistics, people harvest about 15-20 tons annually for treating diseases.

It is also found in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, South America, and other parts of the world.

The ingredients for this remedy are: 55g of fresh ginger root, 650ml of 40% alcohol.
Soak for 15-20 days, then drink 3 small glasses (about 60-70 ml) each day.
Lesson 2. Treating dizziness, patientmalnutrition
The ingredients for this herbal remedy include: 60g of fresh ginger root, 650ml of 40% alcohol, and 20g of fresh Codonopsis pilosula root.
Soak for 20-30 days, then drink 60ml daily before meals.
Lesson 3. Treating blood stasis and stroke.common coldcold
The ingredients for this remedy are: 30g of fresh ginger root, 30g of lemongrass root, and 300ml of water.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, divide into two doses and drink twice a day, for 3-5 days.

Lesson 4. Treating digestive irritation and colitis.
The herbal remedy consists of: 12g of dried ginger root, 20g of dried night jasmine leaves, and 250ml of water.
The decoction should be reduced to 200ml and divided into two doses to be taken twice a day while still warm.
Lesson 5. Treating Colonic Dysfunctionirritable bowel syndrome
The herbal remedy consists of: 15g of dried ginger root, 15g of honeysuckle vine, 4g of Andrographis paniculata, and 350ml of water.
The decoction should be reduced to 250 ml, divided into three doses to be taken throughout the day while still warm.
Lesson 6. Treating physical weakness after childbirth.
The herbal remedy consists of: 10g of fresh ginger root, 5g of blood grass, and 500ml of water.
Boil the mixture until it has 300ml left, then divide it and drink it throughout the day.
Lesson 7. Skin care and anti-aging
The herbal remedy consists of: 5g of fresh ginger root, 5g of Cynodon dactylon grass, and 5g of red-tipped plant.
Brew the tea or make a decoction to drink throughout the day instead of water.

Lesson 8. Treatment of simple ascites due to cirrhosis.
The ingredients for this remedy are: 50g of fresh ginger root, 50g of pork liver, and the water from two coconuts. Simmer thoroughly, then eat the mixture and drink all the liquid. This can be used for several months.

The remedy consists of: 20-30g of ginger root, washed and crushed, mixed with a little alcohol, the liquid is strained and drunk, and the remaining pulp is heated and rubbed all over the body to treat numbness and cold feet.
