A remedy for high blood pressure using the noni plant.
People with high blood pressure can drink a decoction of noni root daily like tea, for a 15-day course, then reduce the dose. Continue this for several months until blood pressure stabilizes.

According to Dr. Vo Van Chi, author of the Dictionary of Vietnamese Medicinal Plants, the noni plant is called...lanlarge oysters, mountain noni, or forest noni. TsciencestudyaMorinda citrifolia L. Cheycollectoc hocCoffee plants of the Rubiaceae family.
In nature, the noni plant is a shrub or tree, completely smooth. The leaves are broadly oval, rarely oblong-oval, angled at the base, with a short, pointed or blunt tip, 12 to 30 cm long and 6 to 15 cm wide, glossy, and membranous. The flowers are white, clustered in heads, 2 to 4 cm in diameter. The fruit is fleshy, composed of many small, yellowish-green, glossy, fused berries. The seeds have a hard endosperm.

Roasted noni fruit is used to treat dysentery, asthma, and colds, and is beneficial for people with diabetes and edema. The recommended dosage is 30-40g of root and 8-10g of leaves.

High blood pressure
Take 20 to 40 grams of noni root, decoct it and drink it daily instead of tea. The treatment course is 15 days, then reduce the dose. Drinking it continuously for several months will stabilize blood pressure. You can also eat roasted noni fruit and drink noni root tea.
Dback pain, aching limbs
Slice the roots or unripe fruit of the noni plant, soak them in alcohol, and drink gradually, one small cup a day.
