The Secretariat approves new personnel appointments.
The Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee recently held a conference to announce and present the Secretariat's decision on personnel matters.
Acting on behalf of the Party Central Committee, the Secretary and Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, presented the decision approving Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Organization Department, to hold the position of member and Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee for the term 2015-2020.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ky expressed his hope that, in his new position, Mr. Thanh would continue to demonstrate his political acumen, experience, and work capacity, and together with the leadership team of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, maintain unity and cohesion, be proactive, creative, and promptly advise on issues related to inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement within the Party, contributing to building a cleaner and stronger Party and political system in Quang Ninh province.

At the 14th session (extraordinary session) of the 9th term of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Council, 2016-2021, Mr. Ho Quang Diep was elected to the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Mr. Ho Quang Diep was born in 1965 in An Son commune, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province. He holds a Master's degree in Economics, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, is a Senior Specialist, and has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
Mr. Diep previously held positions such as Chief of the Provincial People's Council Office, Chairman of the Thuan An Town People's Committee, Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and Secretary of the Tan Uyen Town Party Committee.

On the afternoon of March 9th, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Nong province presented decisions on personnel appointments.
Accordingly, Mr. Duong Minh Chau was appointed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.
Mr. Phan Anh Tuan has been reappointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Thuat has been assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to be in charge of the Department of Science and Technology.
