The Party Central Secretariat appoints and assigns a new Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department - presented the Decision of the Party Central Secretariat on the transfer, rotation, and appointment of Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong - Deputy Chairman of the Culture and Education Committee of the 15th National Assembly - to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, congratulated Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong on being entrusted by the Central Secretariat with the assignment, rotation, and appointment to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

With his experience and capabilities, coupled with his firm political stance and the support of the Party Committee, government, and people, Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong - Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, expressed his confidence that Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong will continue to build upon the achievements and experiences of previous generations of leaders, quickly grasp new tasks and responsibilities, and fulfill his assigned duties, so that together with the Party Committee, government, and people, Quang Ninh province can develop even more strongly.

The comrade expressed confidence and hope that the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee would strengthen unity, care for, and assist Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong in successfully fulfilling his duties, thus living up to the trust placed in him by the Central Committee.

Congratulating Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong on his assignment, rotation, and appointment by the Party Central Committee to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Ky - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - expressed confidence that in his new position, Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong will effectively utilize his qualities, abilities, knowledge, and experience, quickly adapt to and oversee the work, and closely follow the practical realities at the grassroots level; and together with the collective of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Board, he will successfully complete the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that he, along with his colleagues in the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee, will strive to be exemplary in fulfilling the organization's assignments, integrate with the collective, promote a high spirit of unity and solidarity within the collective, and closely follow the guidance, with the Provincial Party Secretary as the core leader, to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

As a member of the National Assembly, he will also listen to the opinions, suggestions, and aspirations of the voters in the province to convey them to the National Assembly.
