The Central Party Secretariat approves new personnel appointments.

Comrade Nguyen Van Binh - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Head of the Central Economic Committee - presented Decision No. 1779-QDNS/TW of the Central Secretariat of the Party on personnel matters to Comrade Hoang Giang. Accordingly, Comrade Hoang Giang - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprise Bloc - was approved by the Central Secretariat of the Party to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprise Bloc for the term 2015 - 2020.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprise Bloc - congratulated Comrade Hoang Giang on being entrusted with his new responsibility, and at the same time requested Comrade Hoang Giang, with his leadership, qualifications, capabilities, and experience, to continue striving together with the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Party Committee of the Central Enterprise Bloc to lead the building of unity, successfully complete the tasks set forth; and successfully lead and direct the Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 13th National Congress of the Party.

It is known that Comrade Hoang Giang has previously held the following positions: Deputy Chief of the Office of the Central Organization Committee; Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc; and Head of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc. He has been nominated for the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms, and is also included in the strategic leadership planning for the 13th Party Congress.
