In the morning working program, the Party Central Committee worked in groups, discussing the Summary Report on the implementation of Directive No. 36-CT/TW of the 11th Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Congress of the Party and the draft Directive of the 12th Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Congress of the Party.
In the afternoon of the same day, the Party Central Committee took a break.
The Politburo met to review and give opinions on the Reports on receiving and explaining the Central Committee's discussion opinions on the Outline of the Political Report, the Outline of the Report on 10 years of implementing the 2011 Platform and the Outline of the Report summarizing the implementation of the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2011-2020, building the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030 and the Report on the 5-year Socio-Economic Situation 2016-2020, the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan 2021-2025; Outline of the Report summarizing the Party building work and the implementation of the Party Charter.
