Nghe An Provincial Relief Committee received 61.4 billion VND to support people in the North affected by storm No. 3.

As of the afternoon of September 17, the Fatherland Front Committee and the Nghe An Provincial Relief Committee had received donations from groups and individuals totaling nearly VND61.4 billion to support people in the North affected by storm No. 3.
