The Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department outlines its tasks for 2025.

On the afternoon of January 3rd, in Do Luong district, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department held a meeting to summarize mass mobilization work in 2024 and outline directions and tasks for 2025.

The conference was attended by Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department. Also present were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department and leaders of Do Luong district; and officials from the mass mobilization departments of districts, cities, towns, and affiliated Party committees.

4,494 new "effective mass mobilization" models were developed.

In 2024, mass mobilization work continued to progress positively and achieved many important results. Party committees and organizations at all levels focused on leading and directing the political system to strengthen implementation and coordination in mass mobilization work, especially in implementing the action program to carry out the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels on mass mobilization work.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee maintains regular quarterly meetings with the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, the Fatherland Front, and other provincial-level political and social organizations to closely monitor the situation and promptly and decisively resolve emerging issues in the province. State agencies and governments at all levels pay attention to effectively implementing government-led mass mobilization work in conjunction with the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, administrative reform, receiving citizens, and resolving complaints and denunciations from citizens.

The mass mobilization system at all levels has advised Party committees, coordinated with the government and agencies and organizations to promote the implementation of government mass mobilization work, implement the grassroots democracy regulations and the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement, linking it with the implementation of political tasks in localities and units, achieving high results.

In 2024, the plan aims to maintain and expand 3,340 exemplary models from 2023; develop 4,494 new models, including 3,729 collective models and 7,651 individual exemplary models; 1,212 economic models, 2,298 socio-cultural models, 486 defense and security models, and 507 models for building the political system.

These models focus on disseminating information and mobilizing the people to actively participate in implementing socio-economic development tasks, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; participating in the "National Unity for Building a Culturally Rich Life" movement associated with studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; participating in maintaining political security, social order and safety, protecting border and maritime sovereignty; mobilizing ethnic minorities and religious communities to effectively implement the Party and State's policies and laws; and mobilizing the people to donate land and assets for site clearance to implement projects...

The "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement has made a significant contribution to the implementation of the National Target Program for building new rural areas and the National Program "One Commune, One Product".

In addition, all levels of government and state agencies should strengthen administrative reforms, enhance the responsibility, public service ethics, and sense of service to the people of the staff, civil servants, and public employees; and promptly address and resolve complaints, denunciations, and legitimate requests and aspirations of the people.

The quality and effectiveness of the Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations continue to improve. Consensus, trust, and close relationships between the people and the Party are strengthened; the great national unity bloc is reinforced and expanded, thereby making an important contribution to the implementation of the province's political tasks in 2024.

Focus strongly on the grassroots level.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam highly appreciated and commended the efforts and achievements of the staff and civil servants working in mass mobilization at all levels in 2024.

Emphasizing that 2025 is a particularly important year with many significant national holidays, and the year of organizing Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party. The merger of administrative boundaries at the commune and district levels, and the merger of agencies, departments, and branches at the provincial and district levels, have affected the sentiments of some officials, Party members, and the people. Therefore, the mass mobilization committees at all levels need to effectively implement the Central and provincial policies on streamlining the political system's apparatus.

The comrade also suggested that the mass mobilization system throughout the province should promote a proactive and creative spirit, focusing on leading and directing the effective implementation of the tasks set forth and paying attention to a number of key tasks in mass mobilization work in the coming period.

This involves a high level of leadership and guidance from Party committees and authorities at all levels, from the district to the grassroots, in disseminating information, mobilizing support, and persuading the people to implement policies and regulations related to land clearance for key programs and projects.

At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, Party members, and workers in the process of reorganizing the political system's apparatus from the provincial to the grassroots level.

"Promoting democracy and unity, launching patriotic emulation movements, fulfilling the goals, targets, and tasks of mass mobilization work, implementing the action program for the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the 13th National Party Congress; and at the same time, building an action program for the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term on mass mobilization work," emphasized Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.
