The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee gives gifts to students in Ky Son district.
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 12, comrade Nguyen Thi Thom - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, and the working delegation visited and presented gifts at Na Ngoi Boarding Ethnic Secondary School, Ky Son district.
Na Ngoi Ethnic Boarding School - Secondary School has 16 classes with 473 students, mainly Mong, Thai, Kho Mu ethnic groups, of which 361 students study, live and work at the school. Realizing that the school's boarding facilities were old and some were severely damaged, officials and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee contributed 15 beds and 100 blankets worth 65 million VND.
On behalf of the delegation, comrade Nguyen Thi Thom shared the difficulties of the students and teachers of the school. She hoped that teachers and students would overcome the difficulties to teach well, study well, and encourage students to actively go to school to improve their knowledge and life skills.
On this occasion, representatives of the provincial Department of Education and Training and the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Vinh branch presented the school with a gift worth 15 million VND.
