Nghe An Border Guard built a temporary bridge across the stream for a commune where 5 bridges were washed away by floodwaters, 21 villages are isolated.

After 8 days of flooding, Nhon Mai commune had 5 bridges washed away, and only Border Guard and Police forces were able to reach 21 villages and hamlets to provide initial support.
