The Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee congratulates the Party committees of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Women's Union and Farmers' Association on their traditional day.

To congratulate the leaders, officials, specialists, and staff of the Provincial Party Committee Office on the 95th anniversary of the Party Committee Office's traditional day (October 18, 1930 – October 18, 2025), on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh highly appreciated the role of the Provincial Party Committee Office in advising, serving, accompanying, and connecting in the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee; serving as the focal point for managing, coordinating, informing, and reporting between Party committees at all levels and agencies in the political system to serve the leadership and direction of the Party committee.

In addition, over the past period, the Provincial Party Committee Office has carried out many emerging and unexpected tasks; meeting the requirements for flexible, creative, and timely leadership and direction from the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee, in accordance with the practical situation.

A noteworthy achievement of the Provincial Party Committee Office is its role in advising and implementing numerous tasks, making a significant contribution to the successful organization of the 20th Provincial Party Congress.

Emphasizing the role of the Provincial Party Committee Office as a "bridge" between the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh expressed her hope that the leaders, officials, specialists, and staff of the Provincial Party Committee Office would continue to unite, promote strengths, and overcome shortcomings and limitations; while also paying attention to supplementing and perfecting the working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee Office and the coordination mechanism with Party committees, agencies, and organizations in the political system to improve the quality of advice, information, synthesis, and reporting, and to better serve the leadership and direction of the Party Committee.

Presenting flowers and congratulations to the leaders, officials, specialists, and staff of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the traditional day of the Party Organization and Construction sector (October 14, 1930 – October 14, 2025), Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the collective of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, which has completed a large volume of work, including many difficult and new tasks, especially related to the reorganization of the political system's organizational structure and the implementation of a two-tiered local government system; associated with the arrangement and placement of cadres and the implementation of mechanisms and policies for cadres.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Department also advised and contributed to the success of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the Party congresses at the grassroots and higher levels.

Emphasizing that the new term presents many new tasks and requirements, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed his wish that the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department proactively research and advise the Party Committee on mechanisms and regulations to ensure the implementation of the principle of democratic centralism within the Party and to enhance the sense of responsibility, dedication, and uphold Party spirit among cadres and Party members.

In her visit to congratulate the leaders, officials, specialists, and staff of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, in addition to acknowledging and thanking them for their efforts and contributions over the past period, which have contributed to building a strong Party and political system and promoting socio-economic development, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh also expressed her hope that the inspection staff would continue to cultivate their moral character, willpower, courage, and improve their professional skills and expertise to meet the requirements of the new situation, contributing to building a strong Party and political system.

In particular, the Inspection Committees at all levels have strengthened their regular supervision of the implementation of Party directives and resolutions, especially Resolution 57 of the Politburo, to promote digital transformation in Party agencies at all levels and to supervise and ensure the implementation of the Resolutions of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and Party Congresses at all levels.

To congratulate the leaders, officials, and staff of the Provincial Women's Union on the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 – October 20, 2025), Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh expressed her hope that the Union would continue to build and spread the image of confident, self-respecting, loyal, and capable women through their intelligence and actions; contributing to building the image of women and union officials in the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh also requested the Provincial Women's Union and its branches to continue building and replicating models of women escaping poverty, spreading the "Godmother" model; at the same time, improving the quality of practical activities for women and programs and activities, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

On this occasion, the delegation from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also visited and presented flowers to the leaders, officials, and staff of the Provincial Farmers' Association to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Farmers' Association's traditional day (October 14, 1930 – October 14, 2025).

On behalf of the delegation, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh requested that the organization continue to implement the movements in a substantive and practical manner, contributing to the development of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. At the same time, she urged focused guidance on the Farmers' Association congresses at all levels to ensure they proceed according to schedule and requirements.
