May 29th,Baonghean.vnPost the article:A letter to Santa Claus asking for a cure for a boy with glomerulonephritis.Regarding Nguyen Danh Tai, a child from Hamlet 14, Thanh An Commune, who suffers from glomerulonephritis and nephrotic syndrome, his condition has left him exhausted, unable to sit up, and unable to eat rice or porridge; he can only drink milk.
For over three years now, ever since experiencing symptoms such as blood in his urine, high fever, frequent seizures, and excruciating pain throughout his body, Nguyen Danh Tai has ceased to be the active child he once was. Meanwhile, Tai's father suffers from a mental illness; when he is lucid, he can only work as a hired buffalo herder for the villagers, and his mother, despite her poor health, tries to work in the fields to provide food.
The 35 million dong debt borrowed three years ago to pay for Tài's medical treatment remains unpaid, with old debts piling up on top of new ones. There isn't a single valuable item left in the house.
After the article was published, Hoang Nguyen, a regular reader of Nghe An Newspaper residing at K72H29/30 Dinh Tien Hoang, Thanh Binh, Hai Chau, Da Nang, and several other readers in Vinh City, asked Nghe An Newspaper to donate more money to help Tai with his medical treatment.
Currently, due to a severe illness, Tài has been hospitalized for over 10 days and is being treated at the Cardiology Department of Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. His health is still unstable and he is continuing treatment.
