After more than a year of implementing 7 shrimp farming models in 3 localities: Quynh Luu, Hoang Mai, and Dien Chau, covering an area of 240 hectares, following VietGAP procedures, the shrimp yield reached 4.9 tons/ha/crop, an increase of 1 ton/ha/crop compared to shrimp farming outside VietGAP areas. However, the project is still continuing to monitor and guide shrimp farmers to implement more scientific methods to achieve even higher shrimp yields.
