Ms. Cao Thi Hoa's family is classified as a poor household in the commune, facing very difficult circumstances. Her family lives in a small, dilapidated house.Ms. Hoa herself suffers from a congenital heart condition and has undergone two surgeries. Her health is weak, her children are young, and her husband works far away to support the family and pay off the debts incurred from her surgeries.

Thanks to the attention of all levels and sectors, the District Women's Union, family members, and neighbors, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa's family has built a spacious single-story house with a total cost of 250 million VND. Of this amount, the District Women's Union contributed 20 million VND from the "Shelter of Love" Fund, and members of the Nghia Binh Commune Women's Union donated 7 million VND.
