Issuing a decision to establish the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Nghe An province.
At the time of its establishment, the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Nghe An province had 20 grassroots party organizations and 722 party members.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Nguyen Duc Trung, signed and issued the document.Decision No. 3255-QD/TU dated February 12, 2025, establishing the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Nghe An province.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Nghe An Province, directly under the Provincial Party Committee. The Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Nghe An Province has the function of leading the subordinate Party organizations to ensure the fulfillment of political tasks and personnel management; building clean and strong Party organizations in conjunction with building strong agencies, units, sectors, and socio-political organizations.
The term of office for the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Nghe An province is 2020-2025.
The Party Committee of the Party agencies of Nghe An province officially commenced operations on February 13, 2025.
At the time of its establishment, the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Nghe An province had 20 grassroots party organizations and 722 party members.
The functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies are implemented according to the regulations of the Central Party Secretariat.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, the Provincial Party Committee Office, Party committees at all levels, and relevant agencies shall coordinate according to their functions and duties in the transfer and reception of Party organizations and members, the arrangement and placement of cadres, civil servants, employees, offices, assets, finances, records, documents, seals, and other matters as prescribed.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing.
The Party Committees of the Party agencies of Nghe An province, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, the Provincial Party Committee Office, and all relevant Party committees and agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
The establishment of the Party Committee of the Party agencies in Nghe An province is based on the Party Charter; Regulation No. 232-QĐ/TW, dated January 20, 2025, of the Central Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter; Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017, of the Central Committee on some issues concerning the continued reform and restructuring of the political system's organizational apparatus to be streamlined, effective, and efficient; Conclusion No. 114-KL/TW, dated January 11, 2025, of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the situation and progress of the implementation and summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and the proposal to end the activities of the Party committees, Party groups, and Party committees at the central and local levels, and to establish 4 Party committees directly under the Central Committee and 2 new Party committees directly under the provincial and city Party committees.
