The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee directed the organization of the Trade Union Congress at all levels.

The notice clearly states that organizing trade union congresses at all levels leading up to the 19th Nghe An Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028, is an important political event and a meaningful forum for the working class and trade union organizations.

To successfully organize trade union congresses at all levels, leading up to the 19th Nghe An Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requests Party committees and organizations to focus on directing, thoroughly understanding, and effectively implementing specific tasks.

Party Committee,Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of LaborIn coordination with the Standing Committees of district, city, and town Party Committees, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprises Bloc, departments with industry trade unions, and the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone, the Provincial Trade Union directs the executive committees of district, city, and town labor federations, industry trade unions, civil servant trade unions, and the Trade Union of the Southeast Economic Zone to develop plans for organizing trade union congresses at all levels leading up to the 19th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Trade Union, term 2013-2028.

Accordingly, grassroots-level trade unions need to complete their congresses before May 31, 2023 (trade unions at the level directly above those with 200 or more grassroots unions are allowed to hold their congresses earlier, starting in December 2022); the level directly above the grassroots must complete them before July 31, 2023. The 19th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Trade Union must be completed before October 31, 2023.

The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee provides leadership.Provincial People's CommitteeDirecting People's Committees at all levels and agencies and enterprises in the area to focus on resolving pressing issues, promptly addressing requests and proposals from workers, employees, and trade unions; and providing financial support for trade unions at all levels to organize congresses.

The Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, and relevant departments and agencies will coordinate and create favorable conditions for trade unions at all levels to successfully organize their congresses. Relevant departments will coordinate in directing and guiding the congresses of trade unions at all levels to ensure compliance with regulations.
