The Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has issued a plan for disseminating information about the Party congresses at all levels.

On October 14th, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Plan No. 278-KH/TU.propagateParty congresses at all levels, the 20th Provincial Party Congress, and the 14th National Party Congress.

Provincial Party Standing CommitteeThe need for extensive propaganda and the creation of unity in awareness, political thought, and action within the Party, as well as consensus in society, is crucial for successfully organizing the congress and implementing the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, and the 14th National Party Congress.

At the same time, we must focus the collective wisdom of the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army in building and formulating the Party's guidelines and policies to successfully achieve the goals and tasks of building and developing the country rapidly and sustainably, and firmly defending the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam.

To encourage and inspire the entire Party, people, and armed forces in the province to uphold revolutionary heroism, patriotism, self-reliance, self-strength, and the power of great unity, to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and to strive to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

Through propaganda work, we contribute to strengthening the people's trust in the Party and the State; at the same time, we educate people around the world about the scale, purpose, and significance of the 14th National Congress of the Party and the policies and guidelines of the Communist Party of Vietnam outlined in the documents of the 14th National Congress, especially the foreign policy in the process of international integration, thereby gaining the sympathy and positive support of the international community for Vietnam.

In its propaganda work, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee requested: Attention to guiding and organizing the process of gathering opinions from all sectors of the population on draft documents submitted to the Party congresses at all levels, the 20th Provincial Party Congress, and the 14th National Party Congress; actively protecting the Party's ideological foundation, proactively preventing and promptly combating all actions of hostile forces that exploit the opinion-gathering process to spread false, negative information and viewpoints, and undermine the Party and the State.

Propaganda work before, during, and after Party congresses at all levels must adhere to the political and ideological guidance and direction of the Party committees, employing diverse, rich, lively, and specific forms to create an atmosphere of enthusiasm and confidence in the results of the Party congresses at all levels, the 20th Provincial Congress, and the 14th National Party Congress. The organization of propaganda activities must be practical, effective, economical, and avoid ostentation and formality.

The propaganda plan will be organized into three phases at various locations. Phase 1 will run from October 2024 until the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 (October 2025). Phase 2 will run from after the 20th Provincial Party Congress until the 14th National Party Congress. Phase 3 will run from after the closing of the 14th National Party Congress.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee's plan specifically outlined the content of propaganda for each phase and assigned the task of organizing its implementation to the Propaganda Subcommittee of the 20th Provincial Party Congress; the Provincial Party Propaganda Department - the Standing Agency of the Propaganda Subcommittee of the Congress; the Provincial Party Office, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Police Department, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and other provincial-level political and social organizations; district, city, and town Party Committees, subordinate Party Committees and provincial press agencies.
