On December 26th, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department held a conference to summarize the work of Party building and agency activities in 2025 and to implement tasks for 2026. Comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department - chaired the conference.
In 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department proactively and focusedly advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee on leading, directing, and implementing decisively, synchronously, and effectively the tasks as directed by the Central Committee in all areas of Party building and organization work.

Key achievements include: Providing timely advice on the preparation and operation of the two-tiered local government organizational model, creating positive changes and ensuring smooth and effective operation. Advising on the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, including the 20th Provincial Party Congress, ensuring adherence to principles, procedures, and timelines; advising on the effective implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and the Conclusions of the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat on streamlining the organizational structure for effective and efficient operation…

Furthermore, attention has been paid to the reorganization of the organizational structure and staffing, linking it to job positions and the structure of civil servant ranks, and is basically consistent with the functions and tasks of each agency and unit. Personnel work continues to be carried out strictly, democratically, fairly, objectively, and in accordance with regulations. The work of consolidating grassroots party organizations and party members, improving the quality of branch meetings, and strengthening party organizations and members in special areas has been effectively implemented.
Timely concretization and submission to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for amendment, supplementation, and promulgation of regulations, rules, and guidelines on Party building work in accordance with Central regulations and local practical conditions. Coordination in internal Party building work has become increasingly effective; many new models and good practices have been researched and implemented.
