The Organizing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee is implementing the "Digital Popular Education Program".

The training course was chaired and attended by Comrade Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; and leaders, heads, deputy heads, and specialists from the professional departments of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department.

The training course aims to ensure that 100% of officials and civil servants in the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department master the knowledge and skills for working on digital platforms, and are proficient in using the "Digital Office/Operations Management System of Party Agencies" platform to serve professional work in Party building in general, and Party organization building in particular.

With the two-tiered local government system starting to operate on July 1, 2025, the number of Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee will increase from 27 to 136, thus placing a huge demand on management, administration, operations, guidance, and direction in the implementation of Party building tasks.

To ensure smooth, efficient, effective, and effective work in the current period, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has put into use the "Digital Office/Operations Management System for Party Agencies" software from the central level to the commune level.

With strong political determination, a spirit of learning, progress, and creativity, 100% of the officials and staff of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department have seriously implemented, mastered the skills, and effectively used the "Digital Office/Operations Management System of Party Agencies" software in their professional work and expertise in the field of Party organization building, contributing to meeting the requirements of work in the new period.
