In response to the "Lam River Ancestral Solidarity Program - Spring of the Year of the Horse 2026," a delegation from the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, led by Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, in coordination with Phat Quang Pagoda (Ho Chi Minh City), visited and presented Tet gifts to poor households, households with particularly difficult circumstances, and families affected by natural disasters in Nga My commune.

At the event, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, along with sponsoring units, presented 400 gift packages worth a total of 200 million VND. The funding was raised from philanthropists, businesses, monks, and Buddhist followers inside and outside the province, demonstrating a spirit of sharing and social responsibility towards ethnic minorities in mountainous and remote areas, especially those heavily affected by natural disasters in 2025.

On this occasion, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, in coordination with Petrolimex Nghe An Co., Ltd., donated 115 million VND to support the purchase of teaching equipment for Xieng My Ethnic Boarding Primary School in Nga My commune.
Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam emphasized: This activity has profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the concern of the Party, the State, all levels, sectors, organizations, and philanthropists for people in difficult circumstances every time Tet comes around.
