Frost blankets many villages in western Nghe An province.

With temperatures plummeting to -2 degrees Celsius in some areas, many villages in the western border district of Nghe An province are covered in white snow and frost, blanketing rooftops and trees.

Ms. Le Thi Van from Muong Long 1 village, Muong Long commune, said that on the morning of January 13th, the temperature in Muong Long dropped to -2 degrees Celsius, with many areas covered in frost, especially in low-lying areas.
