In recent days, in Thanh My commune (Thanh Chuong district), a group of about 4 people have been sneaking into people’s homes to lure them into a system called “Bitney”. The group’s target is elderly women.

“At first, this group came into the house under the pretext of taking ID photos. However, after sitting for a while, they started introducing products and then enticed them to get rich. This group also instructed the women to join Zalo groups, boasting about the effects of the products that could cure all diseases. I don’t know how they convinced me, but my mother really believed them,” said a man in Thanh My commune.

The Zalo groups that this man took pictures of because his mother joined showed that they were all related to the “Bitney Group”. There was a group with hundreds of members, called “Bitney Nghe An billionaire 1199 global development”, and another group called “Bitney product usage results”. In these groups, the main content was that the members exaggerated the effects of Bitney products, introducing them as a medicine that could cure all diseases. Not only that, the members also bragged about their wealth and success after joining this system.

Similar to Thanh Chuong, many other rural areas in Nghe An also have groups of people going door to door to entice people to participate in this multi-level marketing system. In addition, the products are also advertised widely on social networks. According to the reporter's investigation, "Bitney Group" has two main products, Multi Juice mixed fruit juice and Lucenta deer placenta. Although it has been warned of illegal multi-level marketing activities, it is still openly selling them to entice customers to participate in the system.

Currently, when contacting to buy products, consumers can easily be boasted about the benefits by the company's consultants, while also instructing them on how to pay commissions and not forgetting to entice customers to join the system. The more products they buy and the more customers they invite to join, the higher the commission. Each box of Multi Juice costs 1.4 million VND, while deer placenta costs nearly 8 million VND. These products are advertised with exaggerated benefits such as: supporting uric acid reduction (gout), maintaining heart health, balancing nerves, good for the liver, lungs, kidneys, supporting hair loss, baldness, osteoporosis; preventing tumors, stimulating the immune system, supporting cancer treatment...

In addition to the exaggerated information about the uses of these two products, many individuals also introduce participants to invite other members, develop the system to enjoy commission benefits according to the multi-level model. However, up to now, the National Competition Commission has not yet issued a certificate of registration for multi-level sales activities to any enterprise or organization named Bitney mentioned above. Therefore, the above organizations and individuals have signs of doing business according to the multi-level method, when not granted a certificate of registration for multi-level sales activities and can be criminally prosecuted with a fine of up to 5 billion VND or 5 years in prison.

Mr. Pham Xuan Luc - Secretary of Thanh My Commune Party Committee said that after receiving information about a group of people with suspicious behavior in the area, the commune sent secret officers to monitor. "However, perhaps because they detected the movement, this group quickly left the area. Currently, we are checking the local people who participated in this group. In addition, the commune also reported to the district to issue warnings to other localities for timely prevention," said Mr. Luc.

People need to be vigilant

Similarly, recently, there has been a group that has been loudly inviting people to use an electronic application called Limbic Arc or InfoBoosts. The application is introduced by these people as quantum energy technology and proactive health care technology of the new era with many healing effects. In addition to the healing effects, these subjects introduce participants to invite other members to enjoy commission benefits according to the multi-level model.

According to the introduction of this group, this treatment does not require a medical examination, no need to take medicine... but only requires the patient to provide some personal information to buy a package. After agreeing to buy the package, the patient will not receive medicine or functional foods but will be given a software. This software will record his voice. In just 10 seconds, the software will detect what ingredients the body is lacking, what disease the body has. After detecting the disease, the patient only needs to sit in front of the phone to receive "quantum energy transmission", the disease will automatically go away.

The National Competition Commission said that the above organizations and individuals have signs of doing business in the form of multi-level marketing, while the unit has not yet issued a certificate of registration for multi-level marketing activities to any business or organization named Limbi Arc or Infoboost. Therefore, the National Competition Commission warns people not to participate in using and inviting others to participate in using products and applications by "word of mouth" to treat diseases without a clear scientific basis to avoid health damage and loss of opportunities for proper treatment. People should not participate in activities that show signs of illegal multi-level marketing to minimize risks and material and legal damages.

In addition, on social networks such as Facebook, YouTube, etc., there are often articles and videos calling on people to join a system with a rather strange name, "RF3 World". This group often organizes online programs to introduce and invite other members with the aim of developing the system to receive commissions and economic benefits according to the multi-level model. Not only promoting and attracting participants on social networks, this system also goes to the countryside to organize seminars to convince participants. The target customers of this group are often the elderly.

According to the reporter's research, RF3 World is an e-commerce company established in June 2013 in Malaysia, specializing in researching and developing beauty and health care products, while providing a simple business platform for everyone. Currently, RF3 WORLD Vietnam Company is distributing 8 product lines, of which the 2 main products are Firmax3 and 02max3. On its website, the company declares "sharing business opportunities for all those who love the company's products - so that with a small amount of capital, they can bring better income, improving the value of life". In addition, the company's website also introduces products and provides information on commission payments to investors and agents when participating in the RF3WORLD system. On YouTube, it is also easy to see a series of videos introducing and inviting people to participate in the system through the shared multi-level method.

Meanwhile, according to the National Competition Commission, through a recent review, the unit found that a number of individuals and organizations calling for investment and trading in goods with signs of multi-level marketing activities without legal certificates in Vietnam, named RF3WORLD, through websites such as www.Rf3worldvietnam.com, www.Rf3vietnam.com or www.Firmax3vn.com.vn. Up to now, the National Competition Commission has not issued a multi-level marketing registration certificate to any enterprise or organization named RF3WORLD mentioned above. The National Competition Commission warns people not to participate in activities with signs of illegal multi-level marketing activities mentioned above to minimize risks and material and legal losses./.
