Nghe An Newspaper wins the award for Most Impressive Journalistic Product at the 2025 National Press Conference.
On the afternoon of June 21st, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Journalists Association, in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, held the Closing Ceremony of the 2025 National Press Conference. Nghe An Newspaper was honored to have a work win the Outstanding Journalism Award at this year's conference.
Attending the Closing Ceremony were members of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam: Pham Tat Thang - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Le Quoc Minh - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Do Tien Sy - Director General of the Voice of Vietnam Radio; representatives from ministries, departments, agencies, and press organizations nationwide.
Representing the Nghe An Provincial Journalists Association were Ms. Ho Thi Ngan, Standing Vice President of the Nghe An Provincial Journalists Association, and her delegation.

In the spirit of shared joy and pride among journalists nationwide on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam's Revolutionary Press Day, the 2025 National Press Conference attracted nearly 130 booths showcasing outstanding journalistic products from more than 80 central and local press agencies.

The meticulously designed exhibition booths, diverse in form and content, presented a comprehensive picture of the professional and modern development of Vietnamese journalism. The cheerful and open atmosphere of interaction between journalists and the public created a warm and friendly press festival, helping the public better understand the profession and the sacrifices and efforts of journalists. This was truly a great encouragement and inspiration for Vietnamese journalists.

One of the most striking features of the 2025 Press Conference was the clear demonstration of the digital transformation trend and the application of technology in journalism. Many organizations showcased multimedia journalistic products and new technological applications such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and augmented reality to attract readers, demonstrating the proactiveness and determination of the press in keeping pace with the development of advanced technology worldwide.

At the Closing Ceremony of the 2025 National Press Conference, the Organizing Committee and the Awards Council selected and decided to award: 5 A prizes, 7 B prizes, 16 C prizes, and 19 consolation prizes for the most impressive exhibition booth; 3 A prizes, 3 B prizes, and 12 C prizes for the most impressive event/activity; and 8 A prizes, 14 B prizes, 20 C prizes, and 15 consolation prizes for the most impressive journalistic product.

At the 2025 National Press Conference, Nghe An Newspaper was honored to win the B prize - for impressive journalistic products - with its cover design for the Nghe An Newspaper's Spring 2025 issue (Year of the Snake).
