Nghe An Newspaper presents Tet gifts in Thanh Chuong district.

On the occasion of the 2025 Lunar New Year, on January 24th, Nghe An Newspaper organized the distribution of 34 Tet gifts in Minh Tien commune, Thanh Chuong district.

Attending the gift-giving ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Sam - Head of the Secretariat Department of Nghe An Newspaper; and Mr. Van Dinh Hieu - Chairman of the People's Committee of Minh Tien Commune.

Responding to the call from the Provincial Party Secretary to support and assist the poor and those in difficult circumstances to celebrate Tet 2025; upholding the fine tradition of "mutual support and compassion" of the nation, Nghe An Newspaper has donated 34 gift packages (each package worth 500,000 VND in cash).

Minh Tien is a purely agricultural commune formed by the merger of three communes: Thanh Khai, Thanh Yen, and Thanh Luong, with 19,522 inhabitants and 4,348 households. Currently, there are 52 poor households in the commune.

On behalf of the local government, Mr. Van Dinh Hieu - Chairman of the Minh Tien Commune People's Committee - expressed gratitude for the material and spiritual support from the staff, reporters, and employees of Nghe An Newspaper who donated a portion of their salaries to provide meaningful gifts to the local people. These gifts represent the affection, gratitude, and community sharing spirit of Nghe An Newspaper.
