On the morning of June 12, a working delegation of Nghe An Newspaper led by Comrade Ngo Duc Kien - Party Secretary and Editor-in-Chief offered incense to martyr journalists and former leaders of Nghe An Newspaper in Thanh Chuong district, Thai Hoa town and Do Luong district.

This is one of the meaningful activities on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day June 21 (1925-2025), to express gratitude to generations of journalists through the periods who have contributed to building the revolutionary press career in general and the development of Nghe An Newspaper in particular.

During the fierce years of the resistance war against the US, amidst the rain of bombs and bullets, there were people who silently devoted themselves, holding pens like holding guns, ready to sacrifice for the mission of revolutionary propaganda. Two journalists and martyrs Dang Loan and Tran Van Thong are such examples - soldiers on the information front of the Western Nghe An region.
