Tien Phong Newspaper inaugurates its North Central Region Representative Office.
On the morning of December 23rd, Tien Phong Newspaper held the inauguration ceremony for its North Central Region Representative Office at 21 Ho Xuan Huong Street, Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province.
Attending the ceremony were Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Nghe An; Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; journalist Phung Cong Suong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong Newspaper; Comrade Tran Minh Ngoc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Journalists Association, along with representatives of leaders from departments and agencies of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Tri provinces.
Speaking at the ceremony, journalist Phung Cong Suong emphasized that throughout its development, Tien Phong Newspaper has always considered Nghe An and the North Central region not only as its operational area but also as the second home of many generations of reporters and journalists. The newspaper has truthfully and promptly reflected political, economic, cultural, and social life; accompanied and encouraged good models and innovative approaches; and strongly spoken out on social issues for the sustainable development of the locality and the region.
Besides its information and propaganda mission, Tien Phong Newspaper has also left a significant mark on social welfare work in Nghe An and other North Central provinces through activities supporting the poor, families entitled to preferential policies, and students in difficult circumstances; providing relief to people in disaster-stricken areas; and paying tribute to former Youth Volunteers, wounded soldiers, and seriously ill veterans. At the same time, the newspaper has organized many meaningful social forums and seminars, contributing to the local efforts in addressing current issues.
In his congratulatory remarks, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized that Tien Phong Newspaper is a large and prestigious media organization, always at the forefront of the ideological and cultural front. The inauguration of the North Central Region Representative Office is not only a milestone in terms of physical infrastructure but also demonstrates the newspaper's strong bond with Nghe An and other provinces in the region, contributing to more effective support for the local development in the future.
