By testing the multilingual display feature on the Nghe An Electronic Newspaper, the Nghe An Newspaper, Radio, and Television aim to provide fast, accurate, and official information about Nghe An to readers both domestically and internationally, serving foreign affairs purposes and contributing to bringing the image of Nghe An's land and people to the world.

The official application will be tested starting September 2nd, 2025, to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
