A security guard at an apartment building in Thanh Vinh ward died, suspected of being electrocuted.
On the morning of October 31st, a tragic accident occurred at an apartment building on Nguyen Quoc Tri Street (Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province), resulting in one fatality.
According to initial information, in the early morning hours, in the basement motorbike parking area of the PVNC2-CT02 apartment building, located on Nguyen Quoc Tri Street, Thanh Vinh Ward (formerly Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City), a security guard was electrocuted to death.

Following the incident, authorities immediately arrived at the scene to investigate and determine the cause of the accident.
Reportedly, construction of this apartment building began in 2015. The building has a total floor area of 15,626 square meters.2The building was designed to be 18 stories high with 168 apartments. During construction, the project was also subject to administrative penalties from authorities for carrying out construction without a building permit, violating construction area regulations, and causing subsidence, cracks, and damage to neighboring buildings.
