Barca secures their new striker with a $111 million clause.
The Catalan club's official website has confirmed they have signed Paco Alcacer from Valencia.
The 23-year-old striker joined Barca for $33.4 million, with an add-on clause of $2.23 million. Paco Alcacer's contract with the Nou Camp club is for five years, with a release clause of up to $111 million.

After completing his medical examination at Barca, Alcacer will join the Spanish national team to prepare for their opening 2018 World Cup qualifying match against Liechtenstein on September 5th.
Alcacer made his debut for the Spanish national team on September 4, 2014. To date, the new Barcelona striker has scored six goals in 13 appearances for the national team.
Before joining Barca, Alcacer played 92 matches and scored 30 goals for Valencia. In the 2012-2013 season, he played for Getafe on loan, making 21 appearances and scoring three goals.
Paco Alcacer is the first striker Luis Enrique has signed in this summer's transfer window. Prior to that, Barca had already recruited two defenders, Samuel Umtiti and Lucas Digne, two midfielders, Andre Gomes and Denis Suarez, and goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen.
