Two groups of young men arrested for fighting and causing a disturbance.

On February 9th, the Investigation Police Department of Thanh Khe District (Da Nang City) initiated a criminal case, indicted the suspects, and executed arrest warrants against Nguyen Xuan Phong, Nguyen Doan Tong Hoang Jimmy, Le Phuoc Hiep, Truong Bao Tam, Le Thanh Sang, Dinh Quang Long (all born in 2006; residing in Thanh Khe District); Phan Tan Gia Hung, Tang Quoc Minh Hung, and Tran Anh Tuan (all born in 2007) for the crime of "Disrupting public order".

As for TAĐ. (15 years and 10 months old), since he is not yet old enough to be held criminally responsible, the police will consider handling the matter administratively.

Previously, the incident occurred at 9:30 PM on February 6th in front of 132 Dien Bien Phu Street (Chinh Gian Ward, Thanh Khe District). Two groups of young men, approximately 10 in total, chased and fought each other, causing a disturbance and disrupting public order.

Phong, Jimmy Hoang, Hiep, Tam, Sang, and Long arranged to go to Phong's birthday party. While traveling on Le Duan Street towards Dien Bien Phu, they encountered a group of four young men – TAD, Tuan, Gia Hung, and Minh Hung – riding on two motorbikes.

At this point, Phong's group revved their engines, cut in front of D.'s group's car provocatively, and then sped away. D.'s group saw this and chased after them. Hung's car, carrying Tuan, managed to corner Hiep and Long's car. Tuan pulled out his belt and hit Long with it.

Seeing their group being attacked, Phong, Jimmy, Tam, and Sang turned their motorbikes around and used their helmets to hit D.'s group, injuring him. Phong was also attacked in return by the opposing group.

The incident caused a disruption of public order and traffic congestion. After a while, seeing people shouting, both groups fled. Later, a resident filmed the incident and posted it on social media.
