Citing unnecessary outings during the implementation of Directive 16, and based on Point a, Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree 117/2020/ND-CP on regulations for administrative penalties in the health sector, the authorities issued a fine of 1 million VND to Mr. C.D.T. Regarding his son, C.D.L, who is under 16 years old, the authorities issued a warning and did not impose any administrative penalty.
