At approximately 11:30 AM on January 2nd, in the Hoa Ly village area, My Ly commune (Ky Son district), the My Ly Border Guard Post (Nghe An Border Guard Command) discovered and apprehended one individual for illegally trading and transporting narcotics.

The arrested suspect was Vi Van Keo (born in 1988), residing in Hoa Ly village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district. The evidence seized at the scene included 1.7 grams of heroin, 4 synthetic drug pills, and 560,000 VND.
Vi Van Keo confessed that due to his drug addiction, he bought drugs for personal use and resold them to other addicts for profit when needed.
The My Ly Border Guard Station is currently investigating and expanding the case to prosecute the suspect according to regulations.
