According to information from the Dong Nai Provincial Police, the Criminal Investigation Department of the Dong Nai Provincial Police is currently holding Le Thanh Tuan (born in 1975, German nationality; temporarily residing in Quarter 1, Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City) in custody for further investigation into his alleged offenses.extortion.
According to the initial investigation, Le Thanh Tuan and Ms. NTU had a romantic relationship since 2016. While Tuan was in Germany, they maintained contact, and Tuan repeatedly asked Ms. U. to take "explicit photos" and send them via social media. Tuan then saved these images of his "lover" on his phone. They broke up in 2020.

After several rounds of negotiations, Tuan reduced the amount to 600 million VND, forcing Ms. U. to pay him 200 million VND upfront. At approximately 6 PM on December 5th, Tuan was caught red-handed by the police while receiving the 200 million VND from Ms. U. at a coffee shop in Ward 7, Thong Nhat Commune, Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai Province).
The case is still under investigation by the police.
