Authorities arrest suspect involved in illegal drug trafficking from Laos.
(Baonghean.vn) - The suspect was apprehended by law enforcement while transporting the purchased drugs for sale.
Implementing the plan to combat crime in the area and striving to achieve accomplishments to celebrate the 11th Party Congress of the Nghe An Border Guard Command, at 10:30 AM on May 23rd, in the forest area of Xop Duong village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district, the My Ly Border Guard Post, in coordination with the My Ly and Bac Ly commune police, apprehended Tang Van Cam, born in 2002, residing in Na Kho village, Bac Ly commune, Ky Son district. The seized evidence at the scene included 250 tablets of synthetic methamphetamine (pink pills).

According to initial statements, the suspect purchased the drugs from across the border to resell for profit, and was apprehended at the aforementioned location.
The My Ly Border Guard Station has now completed the initial investigation file and is continuing to expand the investigation into the case, handling it according to the law.
