Using professional measures and collected documents and evidence, at 7:00 a.m. on January 3, the District Police arrested Nguyen Minh Quang (born 2000), residing in Vinh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, for theft of property.
At the police station, through the struggle, Quang admitted to his crime. Due to lack of money, taking advantage of the darkness and the homeowner's absence, Quang broke into Ms. M's house and broke the safe to steal the above mentioned property.
