At around 8:00 p.m. on August 8, at Hai Ha Hotel, Block 3, Yen Thanh Town, Yen Thanh District Police caught Hoang Trung Tho (born in 1995, residing in Hamlet 2, Dien Xuan Commune, Dien Chau District) red-handed for illegally possessing drugs.
