Fugitive wanted by the police arrested in a game arcade.
After a period of hiding, Tran Van Lam (born in 2005), a wanted suspect by the Chau Thanh District Police Investigation Agency (An Giang province) for "theft of property," was discovered and arrested by the police when he went to a game arcade.

According to the case file, at approximately 11:30 PM on July 2nd, Lam and his accomplices went to Hoa Phu IV hamlet, An Chau town, Chau Thanh district, An Giang province, and used bolt cutters to cut the locks of a bicycle shop, stealing 7 electric bicycles. Lam and his accomplices were subsequently arrested by the police along with the stolen bicycles. Lam was released on bail pending further investigation; however, while out on bail, he fled the area.

On July 15th, the Investigation Police Department of Chau Thanh District, An Giang Province, issued a decision to initiate a criminal case, indict the suspect, and issue an arrest warrant for Lam for the crime of..."Theft of property"After a period of hiding in various places, at approximately 9:00 AM on September 4th, when Lam went to a game arcade in Pho Que hamlet, My Long ward, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province to play games, he was discovered and arrested by the police force of My Long ward, Long Xuyen city.
On the morning of September 4th, the My Long Ward Police in Long Xuyen City handed over the suspect Lam to the Chau Thanh District Police in An Giang Province for further investigation and handling according to their jurisdiction.
