On the morning of December 15th, the Economic Police Department cracked a case and caught Ho Van Nguyen (born in 1979), residing in Hamlet 2, Quynh Dien Commune, Quynh Luu District, Nghe An Province, red-handed for the crime of...illegal transportation of explosivesThe seized items amounted to 320 kg of explosives.

The aforementioned confiscated items were transported by Nguyen in a pickup truck with license plate 37C - 40889.
Currently, Ho Van Nguyen is being held in criminal custody for investigation into the act of "illegally transporting explosive materials," as stipulated in Clause 4, Article 305 of the Penal Code.
