Authorities apprehended a suspect transporting 3 kg of smuggled fireworks for sale.

(Baonghean.vn) - At 3 PM on January 13th, the Administrative Management Team of Ky Son District Police, in coordination with the police of Muong Xen town, searched a car with license plate 37V-3352 driven by Mr. Phan Hoang Tuan, residing in Vinh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district.

Authorities discovered 3kg of firecrackers in the form of round spheres inside the vehicle.

During questioning, Tuan initially confessed that he was hired to transport the fireworks for 200,000 VND from a person residing in Luu Kien commune, Tuong Duong district, to be sold in Muong Xen (Ky Son).

The incident is currently under investigation by the authorities.
