Through the investigation, Que Phong District Police discovered that Lo Van Mien (born in 1984), residing in Pong village, Nam Giai commune, Que Phong district, had many suspicions related to drug-related crimes, so they established a special project to fight.

At around 7:00 p.m. the same day, when Lo Van Mien traveled by bus to the location, the Task Force arranged forces to intercept, control, and successfully arrest the subject.
Evidence seized at the scene included 6 heroin cakes weighing more than 2.1 kg. The case was successfully solved, ensuring the safety of the investigation team.
At the police station, Lo Van Mien confessed that he was hired to bring the above drugs to Hanoi.
