When checking the luggage, the working group discovered that passenger Phan Tuan Anh (born in 1992), from Van Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, was carrying a brown bag containing 03 white rectangular boxes labeled Ketamine 10% INJ, each box containing 12 vials; Continuing to check the luggage compartment of the passenger bus, the authorities discovered a large amount of Ketamine 10% INJ contained in 03 crates of Lao beer (each crate contained 83 vials of liquid Ketamine 10% INJ).
According to the statement of Phan Tuan Anh - the owner of the above goods, he was on his way to transport the above goods to sell to a person in Vietnam.
It is known that Ketamine 10% INJ is a form of crystal meth, causing strong hallucinations in users.
Currently, Nam Can International Border Gate Border Post is completing the documents to hand over to the competent authorities for handling according to the provisions of law.
