Catch the man who humiliated others
Kim Oanh in Tra Vinh was arrested by the investigation agency for insulting and humiliating others.
On October 10, the Investigation Police Agency of Tra Vinh City Police (Tra Vinh) has just prosecuted and temporarily detained Kim Oanh (40 years old, residing in Nguyet Hoa commune, Chau Thanh district) to investigate the act of "humiliate others".
According to the initial investigation, on September 18, Kim Oanh and a group of friends went to drink at a karaoke bar in Ward 1, Tra Vinh City. After drinking, two of Oanh's friends called the bar manager into the room to attack her.
Upon receiving the news, Police 113 and Ward 1 Police arrived at the scene to resolve the incident.
When the police invited the relevant subjects to the headquarters for questioning, Kim Oanh continuously used vulgar words, insulted and attacked Mr. Son Huynh Thu, a police officer of Ward 1.
Two people in Oanh's group rushed to attack Mr. Thu, however, the 113 Police controlled them and brought them to the headquarters for questioning.
During the investigation, the Tra Vinh City Police Department had sufficient grounds to prove that Kim Oanh had committed the act of "Humiliating others".
Tra Vinh City Police are expanding the investigation to handle related subjects.
