While Mr. Dinh and everyone else were checking, Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung came with a machete, threatened, insulted, and pushed Mr. Dinh, causing him to fall onto the stair railing.

After learning about the incident, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hien - Chairman of the Commune People's Committee and members of the Steering Committee for Disease Prevention and Control went to the commune health station to inspect the incident.

There have been some cases of gathering and causing disorder, asking the authorities not to take people to quarantine at the medical station.

Although Mr. Hien explained the regulations and decisions of the competent authority, these people still objected.

When Mr. Hien entered the room that was expected to take people to centralized quarantine, he was pushed and prevented by some people.

At this time, Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung ran over and grabbed Mr. Hien’s hand, pushed him out onto the field, and then punched him in the face, causing him to bleed. After the incident, Mr. Hien was taken to Le Thuy General Hospital for treatment.

Upon receiving the news, Le Thuy District Police arrived at the scene and temporarily seized the machete used by Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung. After having sufficient grounds, the investigation agency decided to initiate a criminal case, prosecute the accused and issue an arrest warrant to temporarily detain the accused Nguyen Quang Trung to investigate the act of ""Resisting a person on official duty".
