Two young men arrested for buying drugs as a birthday gift for a friend.
Huy and Sinh confessed that they pooled 17 million VND to buy the drugs from an unknown person to celebrate a friend's birthday, sell to addicts, and use themselves.
On the morning of April 6th, the Drug Crime Investigation Department of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police announced that they are consolidating the case files to prosecute a group of individuals for illegally possessing and using drugs.drug.
Earlier, following surveillance, at 7:45 PM on April 4th, in front of the New Valentine Hotel lobby (Phu Hoi Ward, Hue City), the Drug Crime Investigation Department of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police discovered and apprehended two individuals, Ho Duc Huy (born in 2003, residing in Trieu Son Trung Hamlet, Huong Toan Commune, Huong Tra Town) and Pham Phuoc Sinh (born in 2002, residing in Vy Da Ward, Hue City), for illegally possessing narcotics.

During the inspection, the police seized 100 pills of narcotics (39.9 grams) and 62.5 grams of synthetic drugs.
Further inspection of room 502 at the New Valentine Hotel, where Huy and Sinh were staying, revealed four individuals illegally using drugs.
