Girl arrested for 'partying at night, sleeping during the day' to evade arrest warrant.

On the evening of December 17th, the Tay Ho District Police (Hanoi) announced the arrest of Tong Khanh Linh (born in 1998, residing in Ha Trung District, Thanh Hoa Province), who was wanted for illegally possessing narcotics.
The suspect Linh committed the crime of illegally possessing narcotics, had complex social connections, and employed sophisticated methods to evade arrest.
To evade the police, Linh confessed to renting a luxury apartment and using deceptive tactics, changing her appearance and clothing style, and disguising herself with cosmetics to differ from her initial identity.
Since being wanted, Linh has adopted a "nightlife, daytime sleepiness" lifestyle and rarely appears outside during the day, making it difficult for authorities to track him down, detect him, or for the public to report him.
However, through verification and the coordinated implementation of investigative measures, in the early morning of December 15th, the Tay Ho District Police determined that Linh was hiding in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The task force of the Tay Ho District Police immediately set off to the area where the wanted suspect was hiding. After approaching the suspected locations where the suspect Linh was believed to be moving, they ambushed and arrested him.
Following the arrest, the Tay Ho District Police transferred Tong Khanh Linh for investigation and legal processing.
