Arrest of girl who 'plays at night, sleeps during the day' to escape arrest
Since being wanted, Tong Khanh Linh has changed her state to "playing at night, sleeping during the day" and rarely appears on the street when it is light, making it difficult to track, detect and report.
On the evening of December 17, Tay Ho District Police (Hanoi) announced that they had arrested suspect Tong Khanh Linh (born 1998, in Ha Trung District, Thanh Hoa Province), wanted for illegal possession of drugs.

Defendant Linh committed the crime of illegal possession of drugs, had complex social relationships and sophisticated tricks when evading arrest.
To avoid being tracked by the police, Linh confessed that he rented a luxury apartment and used tricks to change his appearance, dress style, and use cosmetics to look different from his original identity.
Since being wanted, Linh has switched to a "playing at night, sleeping during the day" state and rarely appears on the street in the morning, making it difficult for authorities to search, detect, and report him.
However, through verification and synchronous implementation of professional measures, in the early morning of December 15, Tay Ho District Police determined that Linh was hiding in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The Tay Ho district police task force immediately set out to the area where the wanted suspect was hiding. After approaching the suspected locations where suspect Linh moved, they intercepted and arrested him.
After the arrest, Tay Ho District Police transferred Tong Khanh Linh to investigate and handle according to the law.
