Subject Vo Minh Binh confessed that 2 months ago, Binh bought the above explosives from an unidentified salt seller for 3.5 million VND and 200 detonators for 1.2 million VND.

On the night of January 17, while transporting the explosives to a point of sale for a person in Nghi Thuy ward, Cua Lo town, they were discovered and arrested by Cua Lo town police./.
