According to information from the Ministry of Public Security, the Nam Dinh Provincial Police, in coordination with the Department of Internal Security - Ministry of Public Security and the Lam Dong Provincial Police, arrested Pham Hoang (born in 1958, residing in Truc Hung commune, Truc Ninh district), a member of the reactionary and terrorist organization "Provisional National Government of Vietnam," for preparing to distribute leaflets in Ho Chi Minh City on the occasion of National Day on September 2nd.
During the arrest and search of the suspect, the police seized numerous documents and Vietnamese currency related to the suspect's criminal activities.
Since 2019, through the social network Facebook, Hoang became aware of...reactionary and terrorist organizationsThe "Provisional National Government of Vietnam" was headed by Dao Minh Quan.
After studying the organization's platform, regulations, and operational guidelines, Hoang wrote an application to join the reactionary organization "Provisional National Government of Vietnam" and was accepted, along with being given a code number for operation and communication within the organization.
Hoang used social media to post numerous videos and articles promoting the organization's policies and rejecting the communist regime.

Despite numerous invitations, warnings, and educational sessions from authorities and mass organizations, and opportunities to abandon his involvement with the reactionary terrorist organization "Provisional National Government of Vietnam," Hoang remained obstinate, even brazenly defiant, believing his actions were justified. He intensified his subversive activities, actively campaigning, gathering information, and registering hundreds of people to participate in a "referendum" to elect Dao Minh Quan as the third president of the Republic of Vietnam, as directed by the organization.
This is an exceptionally outstanding achievement on the eve of National Day on September 2nd. The Director of the Nam Dinh Provincial Police has commended and awarded a bonus to the officers and soldiers of the Internal Security Department and the Investigation Security Department; at the same time, he directed the Provincial Police Investigation Agency to coordinate with other units to urgently investigate and clarify the actions of Pham Hoang and other related individuals and organizations to strictly handle them according to the law.
