She shouted and caught the person who stole her phone and called on everyone to help hand it over to the police.

At the police station, the thief declared her name as Nguyen Thi Van (born in 1962, permanent resident of hamlet 1, Hung Dao commune, Hung Nguyen district).

Currently, Thu Thuy ward police have handed over Nguyen Thi Van to Cua Lo town police for investigation and handling according to regulations./.
